Our brief? Maximum privacy meets minimum maintenance. So what did we do? We built a space in a U-shape, where the two
‘wings’ enclose a private courtyard – the heart of the home. Living areas extend into this area - a modern take on the farmhouse-vernacular.  

Most of the house was clad in sheeting - to reference the farmhouse style - while limiting future maintenance. The entrance, making a grand statement, leads to the tranquil courtyard.
